INCOME
TAX:
ü It is
Mandatory to link PAN with Aadhar Number on Income Tax Website. PAN without
Aadhar will be deactivated from 01.07.17
ü Aadhar
should be matched with PAN before 30.06.17 and Mobile number should be
registered with Aadhar.
GST :
ü The
Enrolment process has been closed temporarily from 1st May 2017. Data of all
those who have signed the enrolment form will be migrated to the new GST
System.
ü The enrolment window will reopen for
taxpayers who could not enrol themselves as well as for those who enrolled but
did not sign the enrolment form.
ü Under GST IGST, CGST & SGST input tax
credit can be adjusted in specified order but IGST, CGST, SGST deposited cannot
be adjusted against each other.
RERA :
ü Real Estate (Regulation and Development)
Act, 2016 will come into force across the country from 1st May, 2017 and aims
to protect home-buyers and to boost investments in the real estate industry.
DVAT :
ü DVAT has extended the due date of filing
of DVAT Return in Form 16, 17 and 48 for the quarter ended on 31.03.2017 from
25-04-2017 to 15-05-2017 vide Circular - 2 dated 28.04.2017.
